The forum was jointly organized by the China Patent Agents Association and the Taiwan Federation of Industries. Nearly 200 representatives from the association and the Taiwan Federation of Industries, the patent management departments, enterprises, intellectual property service organizations of the two sides participated in the forum, with more than 40 people being from Taiwan.
In the forum, 12 experts from patent administration departments, patent agencies and business community of the two sides conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges in respect of the latest developments of the patent system of the two sides, the practice on reexamination of patent invalidation and administrative litigation of the two sides, the patent management and use of the two sides, the practice of patent agents of the two sides, the strategy of the two sides on dealing with international patent litigation and the issue of businesses’ experiences in using patent system.
