Genuineways Participates in Innovation Subject Conference 2017 of Patent Reexamination Board of SIPO

The meeting was held at Beijing Yuanwanglou Hotel on November 29, 2017. Current head of each operational department in Patent Reexamination Board of SIPO and senior examiners gave analysis on hot-spot issues about the current invalidation procedure, combining the selected cases, analyzing in depth judgments of amendments to the application to go beyond the scope, understanding of claim diction, technical transparency in innovative evaluation, appraisal of overall visual effects in design and other issues. The meeting helped attendees from corporations and patent agencies to have a better understanding of related policy on patent examination, news on reexamination and invalidation and the applicable standards for examination laws.
