In the first 11 months of this year, the industrial and commercial system totally investigated and handled 1,389,500 cases of various economic crimes.
The above cases investigated and handled by the AIC system include: 43, 000 cases of suppression of unlicensed operation and 62,000 cases on food not in conformity with food safety standards, with 251 cases transferred to judicial organs to deal with; 6.76 million cases in violation of trademark law, having a case value of CNY933 million; 33,800 cases in violation of the advertising law and 29,600 cases of unfair competition; 3,531 cases of commercial bribery; and 1,567 cases of pyramid selling, destroying 15,500 dens for pyramid selling and educating and demobilize 186,400 pyramid sales people.
