On November 24, the State Intellectual Property Office organized a national IP training bases forum in Guangzhou. Nearly 100 delegates from around the country carried out in-depth extensive discussions on the construction, operation, management and assessment of training bases.
In order to speed up the training of intellectual property personnel adapted to the need of China's economic and social development, the State Intellectual Property Office carried out the establishment work of national intellectual property training bases in 2009. In early 2010, the State Intellectual Property Office approved the establishment of training bases in 12 universities. Since the establishment of the national training bases, remarkable achievements are made in base-building, training, etc. works in combination with the local actual situation.
