Second Session of BIPPA General Meeting Held

On November 29, the second session of BIPPA General Meeting & the Council (Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Association) was held in Beijing. The meeting summed up the work of five years since the Association was formed and analyzed and deployed the work for the next four years. WANG Hong, director of Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Administration, attended the meeting.

It is learned that the association was founded in September 26, 2006 and is the only intellectual property association in Beijing with enterprises as the main bodies. The association has, since its foundation five years ago, promoted IPR creation, use, management and protection level of Beijing enterprises and institutions.
