Over 100 leaders from the State Intellectual Property Office and intellectual property system from Jiangxi Province and other places of the country and business representatives attended the meeting. The work of enterprises and public corporations intellectual property made remarkable achievements and strongly supported the economic and social development and the building of an innovative country in 2011, wining a good start for the 12th Five-Year Plan. Since the beginning of this year, the enterprises and public corporations of the whole country pledged intellectual property for financing amounting to more than CNY7 billion yuan.
According to reports, in 2012, the work of enterprises and public corporations of intellectual property will focus on in-depth implementations of national intellectual property strategy and national patent development strategy, with promotion of enterprise intellectual property management standards as an opportunity, to enhance and nurture service ability for enterprises; with implementation of patent strategy as main line, to enhance patent support for strategic emerging industries; with promotion of balanced development between corporate patents creation and use of system as a breakthrough, to speed up transformation of enterprise development mode. At the same time, it needs to improve policy system of cultivating and supporting enterprises, to enhance comprehensive capacity of corporate intellectual property; to guide patent alliance-building, strengthen building of conversion platform of using patent, giving full play to the leading and supporting role of intellectual property to the national economy; to promote in-depth integration of patent system and market economy development, making greater contributions to building an innovative country.
