A few days ago, according to On Reply of Agreement with <12th Five-Year Plan of Tianjin Agriculture and Rural Economic Development, etc 24 Important Municipal Special Plans released by Tianjin Municipal Government, the intellectual property plan and plans on agriculture, industry, science and technology, talent, and culture, etc key special plans are formally issued. It proposes to improve the supporting ability of Tianjin intellectual property substantially and develop the city into the nation's model city of the state intellectual property industrialization of obvious characteristics and advanced comprehensive level in the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
The plan sets development goals for intellectual property work of Tianjin in the 12th Five-Year Plan period, including further establishing and improving intellectual property systems, enhancing enterprises’ dominant position, government management and social service capacity, etc targets. And to achieve the related goals, it proposes to foster the intellectual property advantages of key industries, play the role of core patented technologies and self-possessed brands in supporting industrial development, promote the transformation and upgrading of dominant pillar industries, etc measures.
