Work Experience
Mr. Kobayashi had studied Japanese law (including civil, criminal, administrative laws and legal precedents) for 10 years in Japan Soka University. Then he continued legal study about comparative study of China’s civil and commercial laws in China Tsinghua University, and got Ph.D. from Tsinghua University. During the above periods, Mr. Kobayashi participated in a number of related activities like court survey items, internship in JICA, preparation and report for International conferences in China, etc. Mr. Kobayashi has a well-grounded foundation in both Japanese and Chinese laws and also possesses good abilities on information collection, study, analysis and communication.
Now Mr. Kabayashi is responsible for brand protection issues related to Japanese rights owners in China. On basis of his well knowledge and understanding on Japanese and Chinese laws, Mr. Kobayashi can provide excellent service for our Japan clients’ needs.
